Rebel Era

After much anticipation, GRiZ‘s third album Rebel Era has finally arrived! After working on the album over the past year while keeping up steady tour dates, the Detroit producer delivers some of his best work to date, displaying how he has developed as a producer and musician, as well as keeping to his roots and showing us that signature GRiZ sound we all know and love. Not only is the album full of funk, but you can also feel the passion Grant has for his city and music as the album progresses, touching a multitude of genres from electro, to glitch, and even some nice heavy dubstep drops. There are 8 previously unreleased songs on Rebel Era, as well as a special treat some of the older GRiZ fans are surely excited about, and that is “Dance with Me”, which was originally on his first album, End of the World Party. Also featured on the album are The Floozies (who will be accompanying GRiZ at the TLA November 8!) and Big Gigantic‘s Dom Lalli. Honestly, words cannot express how much soul is truly in this album, so I will leave you now to see for yourself. Enjoy!!
